Reception staff are available between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please provide time of arrival as precisely as possible.
If arriving on a weeknight between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., please ring the doorbell. Security personnel will open the door and provide a room key.
If entering or leaving the building on a weeknight between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., please check in and out with security personnel, to assist them in monitoring who is in the building at these times.
Special arrangements must be made for guests arriving on weekends.
Affiliate-club members and guests are asked to settle their accounts by credit card at the end of their stay.
An administration charge of 18 percent is applied to invoices for private functions, banquets, and meeting-room services.
